§ 1 General

Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, email address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will only be used by us in accordance with the terms of the German data privacy laws. The following specifications inform you of the type, extent and purpose of the ascertainment, handling and utilization of personal data. This data privacy statement refers only to our websites. If you are referred to other sites from our sites via links, please inform yourself there about the particular handling of your data.

§ 2 Master data

Where required for the justification, content arrangement or change of the contractual relationship (master data), your personal data will be used only for the processing of contracts. For example, your name and address have to be passed on to the distributor in order for your goods to be delivered.
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties outside of the contract processing without your explicit agreement or without legal foundation. After the completion of the contract processing your data will be blocked. After completion of the tax and commercial law regulations, this data will be deleted unless you specifically agreed to the further utilization.

§ 3 Information about Cookies

For the optimization of our web presence we use cookies. These are small text data files which are stored in the main memory of your computer. These cookies are deleted again after closing the browser window. Other cookies will stay on your processor (long term cookies) and will recognize this on the next visit. They allow us to provide you with better access to our site.
You can avoid the storage of cookies by choosing “block cookies” in your browser settings. However this can result in a limitation of the function in our offers.

§ 4 Social Plugins of Facebook

We use the social plugins of, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plugins are visible through the facebook logo or the addition ”facebook social plugin”. For example, if you click on the “Like” button or post a comment, the according information will be passed on directly from your browser to facebook and will be stored there. Furthermore, facebook will announce your preferences to your facebook friends. When you log in to facebook, the page view of our site is directly correlated with your facebook account. Even if you are not logged in or don’t own a facebook account, your browser will transmit information (e.g. which website you called up, your IP address), which will be stored by facebook. § 5 Social Plugins of Twitter

When signing up for our newsletter or our blog, your email address will be used for own publicity or advertising purposes until you unsubscribe the newsletter or blog. Deregistration is possible at any time.
