Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How to return or exchange an item Your item must be in the original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. You may exchange an item for a different size or color if it is in a new condition. 1. To request a refund or exchange, please send an email to info@pikebrothers.com. 2. Mail your returned item to: Pike Brothers GmbH, Johann-Flitsch-Str. 12, 83075 Bad Feilnbach/Au, Germany. Your package must include a signed letter stating the reason for the return and, if you would like a refund or in case of an exchange, state the requested size and color. Please also add the original invoice. Return exceptions Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. .

Shipping Policy

Turnaround and carrier All orders will be shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, with UPS if they are in stock. Depending on the country of receipt and customs clearance, the delivery period usually takes: • Germany: 1-3 working days • Europe: 3-5 working days • International: 1-3 weeks Order tracking You will receive a UPS tracking number and a confirmation of your order. Shipping rates The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your location. Before the final checkout, you will be asked to choose the correct shipping rate for your country of receipt. This will be checked when processing your order. The rates are as follows: • Germany: Free shipping! • Europe: € 12.00 • International: € 17.00.

Delivery at packing stations or post offices is not possible.
