Returns procedure

Before you wish to return an item to us, please ensure that the item is in its original condition. In addition, the labels should be present. Items that have already been worn will not be exchanged or refunded.

Germany & EU

For returns within Germany, you can order the return directly in your orders in your customer account. To do this, please log in directly to your customer account with your login data and call up your orders. 
Once the order has been completed and shipped, a "Retoure" button will be activated and visible. Here you can request the retoure and get a free retoure label  printed or per QR code. 
If you are a guest customer, click here and enter your order number and order email to request a return.

International (Also: UK!)

For countries outside the EU, the return is the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, you should fill out the following return form in detail and include it in the parcel.
