What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty item?

We conduct regular quality controls throughout the manufacturing process: during weaving, cutting, sewing and the final inspection of the finished products. We work with small businesses that are experts in their fields. These entrepreneurs employ people rather than robots. And people can make mistakes.

As Albert Einstein said, “A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new.”

In other words, mistakes can happen. If an item you have bought from us turns out to be faulty, please accept our apologies and send us an email providing us with a photograph and a description of the issue. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible.
