§ 1 General
Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, email address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will only be used by us in accordance with the terms of the German data privacy laws. The following specifications inform you of the type, extent and purpose of the ascertainment, handling and utilization of personal data. This data privacy statement refers only to our websites. § 2 Master data
Where required for the justification, content arrangement or change of the contractual relationship (master data), your personal data will be used only for the processing of contracts. For example, your name and address have to be passed on to the distributor in order for your goods to be delivered. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties outside of the contract processing without your explicit agreement or without legal foundation. After the completion of the contract processing your data will be blocked. After completion of the tax and commercial law regulations, this data will be deleted unless you specifically agreed to the further utilization.

We use the social plugins of facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plugins are visible through the facebook logo or the addition ”facebook social plugin”. For example, if you click on the “Like” button or post a comment, the according information will be passed on directly from your browser to facebook and will be stored there. Furthermore, facebook will announce your preferences to your facebook friends. When you log in to facebook, the page view of our site is directly correlated with your facebook account. Even if you are not logged in or don’t own a facebook account, your browser will transmit information (e.g. which website you called up, your IP address), which will be stored by facebook. If you do not want facebook to correlate the collected data of you via our websites with your facebook account, you need to log out of facebook before visiting our websites.

With Twitter and the Re-Tweet functions we use the so called “social plugins” of twitter.com, operated by Twitter Inc. 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107. If you use the re-tweet functions, the websites you visited will be announced to third parties and will be connected to your twitter account. § 6 Newsletter & Blog
We use the e-mail address given by you for sending you a newsletter. And therefore we need your confirmation that you consent to its receipt .
Should you later decide that you no longer want to receive a newsletter from us, you can object to this at any time. Notification in text form sent by one of the contact options (e.g. e-mail, fax, letter) is sufficient for this purpose. There is, of course, also a cancellation link in every newsletter.

You will receive regular product recommendations from us by mail. These product recommendations are sent to you by us whether or not you have subscribed to a newsletter. § 9 Contact Form
Should you send us questions via the contact form, we will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission.
We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
