Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How to return or exchange an item Your item must be in the original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. You may exchange an item for a different size or color if it is in a new condition. For Germany and EU-countries we provide a return label free of charge. For International the return shipment is on customers expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
1. To request a refund or exchange, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Also please fill in this return declaration form.
2. Mail your returned item to: Pike Brothers GmbH, Gewerbepark Au-Ost 2, 83075 Bad Feilnbach/Au, Germany.
Your package must include a signed letter stating the reason for the return and, if you would like a refund or in case of an exchange, state the requested size and color. Please also add the original invoice.
Return exceptions Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Turnaround and carrier All orders will be shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, Germany with DHL, EU/International with UPS if they are in stock. Depending on the country of receipt and customs clearance, the delivery period usually takes: • Germany: 1-3 working days • Europe: 3-5 working days • International: 1-3 weeks (USA + Canada: 1 week) Order tracking You will receive a DHL/UPS tracking number and a confirmation of your order. Shipping rates The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your location. Before the final checkout, you will be asked to choose the correct shipping rate for your country of receipt. This will be checked when processing your order.
The rates are as follows: • Germany: FREE SHIPPING! • Europe: € 14.90 • UK: € 20.00 • Switzerland: € 24.00 • International: € 25.00.
Delivery at packing stations or post offices by DHL within Germany is possible.

Custom and Import Duties For orders shipped outside of the European Union, please contact your local customs authorities to find out about extra fees and detailed information. We are not responsible for any extra customs and / or delays in shipping caused by the custom authorities.
