When we met Axel for the first time in 2008, he had just finished his racer. He bought the frame, axels and wheels of a 1928 Ford A in 2007 and extensively worked on the project for one year. The engine is from a 1932 Ford B with a Mallory Ignition and a Holley Carb. Based on pictures from the 1930s flat/dirt track the full body was made by Widegreen`s Speed Shop. Since his debut in the racing circus 2008 Axel has become famous throughout Europe for his very fast and focused racing style.
