1936 Chopper Pant - workpants of that time

Our 1936 Chopper Pant has its origin in woodworking. Pants for carpenters and joiners have undergone a special development over the last century as regular work pants. Specific details were often the front patch pockets and a carpenter's pocket on the thigh. Like work pants of that time, the cut was extensive and the waist high, as they were intended as overpants. To prevent the pants from being lost due to the wide cut, suspender buttons and a waistband were a fixed part of the pants of that time.
