Style of the Week - Indigo Summer

There is something about a good pair of indigo jeans and a white tee that leaves very little to improve on.
This week starts with the 1958 Roamer Pant in 15oz Indigo. Its cut follows the fuller silhouettes of late 1950s denim, before jeans became increasingly narrow in the decades that followed. The 106 Rinse already takes some of the stiffness out of the fabric, while leaving plenty of room for the denim to develop its own marks with wear.
Underneath sits the 1947 Round Neck Set in White. Over it, the 1957 Beach Shirt High Tide Blue adds the part that changes the whole picture. Its 1950s inspiration comes from an era when bold leisure shirts became increasingly visible away from the beach as postwar dress codes began to loosen.
The 1963 Utility Belt in Brown breaks up the blues, while the black 1961 Sun BCGs finish things off.
Five pieces, three shades of blue and
a little bit of 1950s summer attitude.
