Some combinations don’t need much explaining.
The OG-107 Pant has its roots in one of the longest-serving utility uniforms of the U.S. military. Introduced in 1952, Olive Green Shade 107 replaced the earlier HBT uniform and remained in service, in different versions, for decades. Simple cotton sateen, a straight cut and very little that wasn’t there for a reason.
This week we wear the 1962 OG-107 Pant in Olive with another old American staple: the 1937 Roamer Shirt in Blue Chambray. Chambray was already a common sight on American workers throughout the 1930s, valued as a straightforward and comfortable shirting fabric.
Underneath sits the 1927 Henley in Oatmeal, while the 1945 Service Belt picks up the Olive once more.
Olive, blue and oatmeal. Nothing loud, nothing complicated. Just a combination that feels right.
