This document is a true translation of the original German General Terms & Conditions and was delivered in good faith, errors and omissions excepted. Nevertheless, the German document is the legally binding document in all cases.
§1 Scope of application, customer information
The following General Terms & Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Pike Brothers GmbH and the customers who buy products through our shop.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
- The offers on the Internet represent a nonbinding invitation to you to buy the products.
- You can add one or several products to the shopping cart. In the course of the order process you enter your data and wishes regarding method of payment, delivery arrangements etc. Only when you click on the order button are you submitting a binding offer to finalise a sales contract. But you may also submit a binding order via telephone or fax.
- With the immediate acknowledgement of receipt via email or fax, the acceptance of your offer will simultaneously be declared and the sales contract will be completed. In the case of an order by phone, the sales contract will be concluded if we immediately accept your offer. If the offer is not immediately accepted, then you are not bound to it.
§ 3 Customer information: Storage of your order data
Your order with its details of the finalised contract (e.g. product type, price etc.) will be stored by us. We will send you the General Terms & Conditions, but you are always able to call them up on our website, even after conclusion of the contract.
As a registered customer, you are able to access your recent orders via the customer login area (customer account).
§ 4 Customer information: Correction notice
You are able to correct your entries at any time with the cancel key before submitting your order. We will inform you of further correction options throughout the entire ordering process. You can fully cancel the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.
§ 5 Statutory warranty rights
Statutory warranty rights apply to our products.
