In the 1920s, heavy knit sweaters were a popular garment, especially in colder regions and for outdoor activities. They were often knitted from thick wool and provided protection against wind and cold. These sweaters or cardigans usually featured coarse patterns and simple simple, which were both practical and stylish. This is the background of our 1923 Buccaneer Cardigan.
